About Us
EmotionologyTM is a nonprofit organization
existing to inform and educate the public about emotions; where they come
from, what we can do about them, and how to change them to something positive.
Our organization promotes personal responsibility, embracing the following
concepts:
- Life is a learning journey and that mistakes are just learning experiences
- Happiness is not only possible, but is our reason for being here.
- We are here not just to survive but to prosper.
About Our Goals
Through EmotionologyTM, we want to help
educate the world to move away from negative, autocratic, destructive
ways of thinking and feeling, into positive, synergistic, constructive
ways of thinking and feeling. By promoting the understanding of the mind/body
continuum, the thinking process, and the systems that our thinking creates,
we want to help everyone realize that it is possible to end suffering
and emotional distress.
To change the world, we must first change ourselves. For the world to
survive, it needs an understanding about how we create our reality. The
world is in crisis. For change to happen, people need new thinking, new
ideas and concepts, and new models for behavior.
