Mary Nestle-Hallgrenis the founder and developer of EmotionologyTM. She has 30 years experience as a consultant and business coach. She has been a member of the National Speaker’s Association, was listed in Who’s Who in Professional Speaking and had her own TV show, “Change Your Mind, Change Your Life”. She received a BA in Business and Organizational Development from Union Institute, an MBA from the University of Phoenix and was one of the first people to receive an MCC designation from ICF (International Coach Federation). A life-long learner, Hallgren is at the end of her PhD program in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Capella University.

Hallgren has devoted many years to synthesizing Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and other methodologies into a reliable method for creating lasting personal change and culture change in business systems. Along the way, Hallgren developed a model for a “constructive system”. The desire to make this work more widely available resulted in the publishing of her first book Emotionology- How To Improve Your EQ (1996). Over the years four other models emerged based on findings from diverse areas: PsychoNeuroImmunology, Marketing, and philosophy. The five models, combined with a philosophy that works for a happy life, serve as the framework for EmotionologyTM.

Currently Hallgren directs and facilitates training for Emotionology Coach Institute (a professional coach training program). She presents talks and demonstrations to groups regarding effective workplace and family systems and works with individuals to clear emotional imprints and learning blocks. Clients include individuals, coaches and small entrepreneurial companies to large governmental entities.

Hallgren can be reached for personal appointments at the above number or via email (emotionology@gmail.com). She is also available for seminars and workshops to create a new model of success for your company.
